1. How long after my event date will I receive my final online photo gallery/video if I selected an edited package?
Your final photos and/or video will be delivered within nine weeks of your event date. We’re sticklers about timelines and don’t want to keep you waiting a moment longer than necessary!
2. Do I get to choose my own music for the video edit?
Yes! We welcome and prefer your selections as music is so personal. Copyright laws are serious, so we only work with licensed music. You will have the opportunity to select up to 3 songs from our extensive library. From those choices, we will make final selections based on what best tells your story.
3. What kind of payment is required to book your services?
50% of the total balance is required to lock in our team. Payment plans (and a honeymoon registry option) are available! Just ask.
4. Are you insured?
Yes. We would not shoot without it!
5. How well do you work with other photographers or videographers?
We work very well with all other professionals you have chosen for your wedding day. Whether we’re working with our own photo team or another photography vendor, we encourage photographers to take the lead while our videographers shoot alongside or over their shoulder. Our videographers capture better, more natural footage when clients stay focused on the photography camera.
6. What is your shooting style?
We offer a blend of cinematic and documentary styles, and keep our focus on capturing actions and reactions as they happen in real time. And you won’t find any shaky hand-held shots on our reels. We shoot on rolling tripods and use stabilization equipment to provide the most professional production experience possible.
7. Have you filmed at my venue?
We have filmed at dozens of venues. No matter how many times we’ve filmed in a particular setting, though, we always schedule a walk-through to ensure that we are as prepared as possible.
8. How will you come dressed to my event?
Presentation is everything. Unless otherwise requested, our team arrives dressed in all black with a collared golf shirt displaying our logo. This allows us to be easily identified by you, your guests, and fellow vendors. Prefer for us to switch up our attire in order to blend in with your theme? Just ask!
