Jeannette Winn: Jeannette and I are part of a large group of Nancy's law school friends. When you have a good friend who finds her love in life after the time that we were first becoming friends, you always wonder a little bit, at least, how that person is going to get along with the old friends -- or indeed whether the new person will even get involved. Nancy exaggerated, but only a little bit, when she said that we all liked Guy even more than we liked Nancy! He was the most engaging, kind, and joyful soul. We will never forget him, and we will never forget the light he brought -- and still brings -- to Nancy's life.

Casey Mallinckrodt: It was a privilege to be present - even at a distance. I’m an old friend of Nancy’s and got to know Guy when I lived in LA for two years. I am so sorry for everyone’s loss of this fine kind man.
